Clubhouse
Tastefully decorated, The Preserve clubhouse provides a beautiful, warm, and inviting atmosphere for small gatherings and group meetings – the perfect size for a family get together, birthday party, small reception, or a gathering of your closest friends.
You can rent the clubhouse or patio for your event year round; however, HOA functions take scheduling priority. The area includes seating accommodations, a serving area with refrigerator, microwave, dish sink, and plenty of counter space.
Pool
The Preserve pool is located behind the clubhouse. Use of The Preserve pool is limited to community residents. Please be sure to read the pool rules, follow them, and help us keep this amenity clean, safe, and beautiful place to play and relax.
Lakes
There are 3 bodies of water, a covered bridge, a gazebo, and a pier at The Preserve for the enjoyment of you and your guests. Enjoy a day a boating (trolling motors only) and fishing!
